Artistically Asian

I’ve made some cards using Stampin’ Up’s Artistically Asian stamp set, 3 were designed by Helen Clifton, this one I came up with myself, inspired by her designs.

I used Stampin Up brush markers to colour directly to the rubber of the stamp to get the shading on the blossoms and the leaves, although the leaves don’t show the colour variation in the photo, sorry (we’ve had wet and dreary winter weather here for days). Gold embossing powder was used for the Japanese symbol.

Here are the 3 cards designed by Helen, created by me using the same stamp set, plus other products:

The background stamp on the last card is from Hero Arts.

I think these are peaceful cards, suitable for lots of different occasions. I have a friend who especially likes Asian themed cards, so these will be for her.
