Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I recently received some new Stampin’ Up! products that will be released in the January – April 2024 mini catalogue. I had attended Stampin’ Up’s online convention in November where we got a sneak peek at the new catalogue and Sale-a-bration brochure. We were given a selection of products that we could order, and when I saw the Trusty Tools bundle I had to get it. My customers are always asking for “male” cards, or cards for the guys, and this bundle is so versatile you can make cards for any handy person.
This card has a standard base of Pecan Pie card stock, with a Basic Black mat and 3 strips of patterned paper. The paper is from the Trusty Toolbox Designer Series Paper pack, which is a Sale-a-bration freebie that you can choose if you order the bundle. The 2 designs are on the same sheet of double sided paper.
The toolbox is a die cut from Silver Foil cardstock, as is the spanner in the middle, and the nuts and bolts embellishments. The other tools are stamps from the set which I stamped with Memento black ink and coloured in with Stampin’ Blends alcohol markers. I used Smoky Slate, Wild Wheat and Pecan Pie markers.
