These are cards made in todays card making get together. Ingrid and Carolyn made dahlia fold cards, and Stephanie made a couple of Christmas cards.
The first Dahlia fold card has the flower made from Almost Amethyst designer paper (from the sampler pad that was a special a few months ago). This has been put on Blue Bayou cardstock which has been stamped with the Polka Dot background stamp, layered onto Whisper White, and then onto the Night of Navy card base, which has been stamped with the En Francais background stamp. The card has been finished off with Blue Bayou double stitched ribbon and a few half pearls from the Pretties kit.
The second Dahlia fold card again uses Almost Amethyst designer paper for the flower, layered onto Barely Banana, then So Saffron, and Almost Amethyst cardstock for the base. The Barely Banana panel has been stamped with the Sanded background stamp using Apricot Appeal ink, and the Almost Amethyst card has been stamped with the Paisley background stamp using Almost Amethyst ink. Carolyn used an Almost Amethyst marker to add detail to the White Grosgrain ribbon.
Stephanie made the Christmas Cards using the Bud Basics stamp set and a different shades of red and green cardstock (sorry, I didn’t make a note of which ones they were). Versamark was used on the card base, and the images on the Whisper White panel were stamped using Cranberry Crisp (retired) and Basic Black.
These are stunning Tina, your work is always inspiring to me, and your blog is one I keep coming back to again and again, thank you for sharing with us!
